Profile of Joanne Klein
Joanne Klein retired from CENTURY 21 Real Estate Corporation the end of July 2004 after having been with CENTURY 21 for 21 years, first on the Carolinas, then Georgia Regional staffs and most recently Corporate staff. She has developed courses and trained trainers, broker/owners, managers and sales associates numbering in the thousands.
Since “retirement” is defined as withdrawing from business or public life, Joanne can best be referred to as semi-retired. She has formed her own company, Real Estate Ideas, Inc. and continues to develop courses, train and consult on a selective basis.
Joanne has spoken at CENTURY 21 International Conventions as well as Regional Sales Rallies across the country, is certified by The REALTORS National Marketing Institute to train trainers, is a graduate of The Executive Speaker Institute and keynote speaker for same, has spoken before groups as small as local Women’s Council of REALTORS and as large as the National Association of Home Builders Annual Convention. Joanne is also a member of the American Consultants League. She is certified by the Georgia Real Estate Commission and approved as a School Director. In June of 2003, Joanne earned the prestigious DREI (Distinguished Real Estate Instructor) Designation from REEA (Real Estate Educators Association). There are only 114 people worldwide who have earned the DREI Designation. Most recently Joanne received the RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist) Designation. She has been a licensed broker since 1979.
